Thanks for the reply. I've run SFC and got the following message: Windows did not find any integrity violations I've tried to run DISM but none of the options listed in the wiki page work. I built a PC recently, and it is currently running well on a mechanical hard-drive. Sometimes the PC restarts itself after the cursor becomes unresponsive.
